We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, and we’re here to help you make informed decisions with our clear and transparent Refund and Return Policy.
By purchasing from NEXTXCITY, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read through the following guidelines to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Items returned or exchanged must include all packaging, tags, and accessories that were originally included in the shipment.
- Products that are non-returnable include used cosmetics, clearance items, sale items, or promotional items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@nextxcity.xyz or call 860-247-8029. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all returns.
- Shipping the Product Back: Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return and ship them to the following address:

2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have processed your return. Your refund will be issued once we have approved the return.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. This may take several business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
Refund Amount: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been opened or used, or if there are missing parts or packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Provide us with photos of the damaged or defective product.
- We will assist you in processing a return or exchange and cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to damage or defect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item. The return process is the same as described above.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nextxcity.xyz. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Used or opened cosmetics
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Promotional items or gifts with purchase
7. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of your order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take a few days for the refund to appear. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
